"we would rather say that the night when the Great Holy Prophet Muhammad was born is definitely superior to Lailat ul qadr .This is so because the night of the birth is the night when Huzoor pur Noor salallaho alaihi wasallm was manifested and Lailat ul Qadr was bestowed on him salallaho alaihi wasallam ,and a thing which became blessed on account of Him{salallaho alaihi wassalam} upon whom it was bestowed is more blessed than that which became blessed because of it being conferred upon him/salallaho alaihi wasallam/and because Lailat ul Qadr is blessed because on this night Angels descend, and the night of the birth of the holy Prophet Muhammad is blessed because of Himself,and because Lailat ul Qadr is a blessing only for the Ummah of Muhammad and the night of Haytun Nabi birth is a blessing for all beings.Thus the Prophet Muhammadis he who ALLAH TA'AALA sent down as a mercy to all the worlds and it is through Prophet Muhammadthat ALLAH TA'ala completed His blessings on all His creations in all heavens and in all earth"......

And indeed everyone rejoices except for shaytan and his counterparts,because iblis cried loudly four times ,first when Allah declared him as cursed,second when he was thrown out,third when Prophet Muhammad Salallaho alaihi wasalam was born and fourth when Surah Fatiha was revealed [Ibn Kathir in Al.bidayah wan Nihayah,volume 2,page no 166]
Muslims rejoice on birth of Prophet Muhammad salallaho alaihi wasallam because Allah has told us to rejoice on his bounties and mercies,
proof no 1 Quran states:Say You,'Only Allah's grace and His mercy ,on it therefore let them rejoice'That is better than all their wealth.{chp.10:58}
Proof no 2.QURAN states at another place:And We sent not you,but a mercy for all worlds{chp 21 verse1 07}
Hence without any shadow of doubt arrival of Prophet Muhammad salallaho alaihi wasalam is mercy not only upon us but all worlds and creations of Allah and thus we should rejoice as told in chp.10:58} any person who has doubt in any way in the above mentioned 58 verse no c 10 is kafir
the night of Milad is better than lalatur qadar{the blessed and Valuable Night} because in The Holy Quran it is mentioned that:The blessed and valuable Night is better than a thousand months.{chapter 97 verse 3}
one can think why this Night is better than a thousand months,the answer is simple in this night Quran has been revealed and it is the night of Angels.Remember Holy Quran has been revealed for Prophet Muhammad salallaho alaihi wasalam,if Prophet Muhammad salallaho alaihi wasalam was not here,then there would be no Quran,no Blessed night and neither any night .These all the blessed things are made possible with the Charity of Milad un Nabi salallaho alaihi wasalam.It is important to mention here that Almighty Allah has given a value of one thousand months to Blessed and valuable night/Lalatul qader/but the mercies of blessed night of Milad un Nabi is unlimited
